• Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for fair wear and tear. Any damage will be assessed and charged accordingly.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all Verdant Drive vehicles. A cleaning fee will be applied if this policy is violated.
• The use of our vehicles for illegal purposes, racing, off-road driving, or sub-renting is strictly forbidden.

5. Insurance and Liability

• All rental vehicles are covered by third-party liability insurance. Comprehensive insurance options may be available for an additional charge.
• Renters are responsible for any damages or losses to the vehicle not covered by insurance, up to the value of the excess.
• In the event of an accident or breakdown, you must notify Verdant Drive immediately.
